KWEL OFFERS A HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form.
Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately email@example.com. Please do not return any defective or damaged items before getting in contact with our customer service team.
- All exchanged items that meet these requirements will not be charged re-shipping fee.
- If these requirements are not met, then KWEL has the right to return the item(s) back to you at your own cost.
- If you decide to exchange and your item is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the
Exchange/Store credit only. (If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically be refunded a store credit for the item).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly, fill in our returns form which is downloadable here. If you're unable to print this form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.
- Prepare your parcel and place your returns form inside the parcel.
- Ship the parcel to us with the address provided above. Remember, you are responsible for the cost inreturning your item to us.
- Await a response form our customer service team. Waiting time will vary depending on how long it takes to receive the item.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
- Is the item working perfectly?
- Is it in good condition?
If your answer to either question is "no" then the Athleisure item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once the tags/factory tape has been removed, KWEL will not accept the returned item.
